DEHAP Rental Assistance

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is planning to reopen the Delaware Housing Assistance Program (DEHAP) to provide rental assistance to renters who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. DSHA is currently developing a web portal for applicants and anticipates opening the application process by the end of March.

Landlords and tenants can use DSHA’s sign-up form to be notified when the application portal is live.
